I can help you understand your specific curve and the ways to manage your scoliosis throughout each day of your life and while exercising and participating in your favorite activities.
Scoliofitness is the “now what”. It’s an exploration in building awareness and appreciation of your curve, as well as, what to do and not to do to prevent it from progressing.
You are not defined by OR limited by your scoliosis. I want to help you feel more empowered and confident in your body by utilizing your muscles, tissues, and bones in the correct way in order to remain injury free while gaining strength.
